Website and agency inquiries

The public website describes our content marketing and paid advertising agency. Sending an inquiry does not purchase a service. Agency scope, filming, deliverables, approvals, fees and advertising spend are agreed in a separate service agreement. Account creation is open, with connected reporting in pilot. Education on Skool is in development. Joining a launch notification list does not create a paid membership or subscription.

Case study results describe one founder-reported client experience and are not guarantees of leads, views, earnings, search rankings or AI recommendations. Platform monetization is subject to each platform's eligibility and review. Illustrative AI-generated photography is labeled on the website.

Account features

These terms cover use of 3d.social ("we", "us"). By creating an account or generating a map, you agree to them.

Who provides the service

3d.social provides digital presence visualizations and reporting for connected business accounts. Availability depends on platform authorization and setup. The service is provided by 3d.social and is operated from the United States.

Acceptable use

The map generator is for mapping presences you own or are authorized to represent. Do not use it to scrape, harass, impersonate, or build a competing product from the data it returns. We can suspend or terminate an account that misuses the service.

The map is an analysis, not a guarantee

The map shows a business's current online presence and the competitors currently ranked ahead of it, based on data pulled from search results, Google Business Profile, and connected social accounts at the time it was generated or last synced. It is an analysis, not a guarantee of ranking outcomes. Rankings move for reasons outside our visibility and outside your control, and nothing in the product predicts or promises a specific position.

Projected states are projections

Some views of the map show a projected "after" state, illustrating what a more complete, more active presence could look like. A projected state is a projection: an illustration of what the map could show if the gaps it identifies were closed. It is never a forecast of what will happen and never a guarantee of what following it will produce. It does not represent work already done, and it is not a commitment by us or by any agency service to achieve it.

Billing and cancellation

If you choose the paid Tracking plan, checkout offers a 14 day free trial. A card is required to start the trial, and you are not charged during it. Accounts that arrive through an approved affiliate promo code get 30 days instead of 14. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription at $19 a month, billed to the card on file, which covers unlimited viewing and tracking. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not offer partial refunds for time already paid for.

If a trial ends without payment, your shared map does not go offline. It freezes to a watermarked still image so any link you have shared keeps working, and it stops updating until you subscribe.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, 3d.social is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made on the basis of the map or any projected state it shows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
